❤️Why is the item I want not there?

🧡Shipping & Estimated dates?

It takes me 1-3 working days to dispatch orders. I ship with Royal Mail.

UK Orders: After dispatch, 2-3 working days to be delivered
International Orders: After dispatch, 1-3 weeks to be delivered

All dates are estimates, I don't guarantee anything!

💚My order is late!

UK Orders: Please allow up to 10 days just in case of any unexpected delays.

International Orders: Please allow up to 1-2 months, as some orders can get held up in customs for a LONG time.

I have no control over the delivery, please always extra time for orders to arrive especially during the busy seasons.

💙 Can I cancel my order?

Yes! But please cancel within 24 hours of the purchase, otherwise I can't cancel after this as I will have already processed your order.

❤️ Can you design something unique for me?

Not right now as I only do custom wording. The only customs available are the ones within my shop. I can put an image of your choice onto a badge, just email it to me: pawsitive.pins@outlook.com

🤎 My address is wrong can I update it?

Yes, but only if your order hasn’t shipped yet. Once it has been dispatched I’m unable to make changes. If the item is returned to me, I’ll gladly refund the badge cost (unless it's a custom).

❤️ Do you do bulk orders?

It depends! Please contact me directly to discuss. I’m happy to look into bulk orders and offer discounts where possible. However, as I’m not a manufacturer and handmake each badge myself, I can’t offer wholesale pricing. Producing large quantities can take several weeks, so I need to ensure that the pricing reflects the time, effort, and materials involved.

💚 I can't find my order confirmation email?

Check your junk/spam folder! And double check the email you entered is correct!
